Lead & Lead Alloys
Lead & Lead Alloys
The Lead and Lead Alloys are used for cable sheathing due to Lead’s excellent corrosion resistance when in contact with a range of industrial and marine environments. Lead and Lead Alloys have been used as an impervious sheath on power transmission and other cables for over 100 years. Various Lead Alloys have been developed for different cable sheathing applications to give good mechanical properties to resist stresses in service resulting in long service life.
We offer the below range of Lead Alloys:
– Lead E Alloy
– Lead ½ E Alloy
– Lead ½ C Alloy
– Other Alloys upon request
